The Institut français pays particular attention to Culture. Whether introducing French current cultural events or promoting Laotian creativity, the Institut français proposes numerous events : performing arts (dance, music, theatre), as well as plastic and visual arts.
The Institut français also aims at broadcasting the French film heritage: screenings are scheduled every tuesday (6:30 PM) & thursday (3 PM), entrance 10 000 LAK, free for the IFL students & members of the library.
